Just ordered LE 2009
Just ordered the Forum LE 2009. i really love the blue on white and the fact there will ever only be a hundred made.
Gone for the bracelet. Think i've made the right choice there.
Asked for serial number 70 (my year of birth) Hope the serial number list is up to date!!
Just hope now i wont regret it as i was going to buy a Longines Hydroconquest.

I think you've made the right choice too.
Re the bracelet, I concur, you can always buy a strap later, or have one custom made,to make your watch even more special.

Good choice; lovely sweeping second hand and you do come to rely on having the day and date. You will enjoy wearing it...UB..

Thanks Guys.
Now tell me.
Are all 100 of these watches already made or do they make them to order?

100 already made.
I think you probably made the better choice - the LE will run out in the not too distant future but the Hydroconquest will be around for a while yet - you can always buy one at a later date .
In the meantime, of course, we will be tempting you with all the possible alternatives ...
I bought the LE on a bracelet, and I think it looks better that way, though I have subsequently got a strap as well.

Great choice! The LE offers tremendous value for money and is (IMHO) a future classic!
I have mine on a bracelet, but also got a leather strap. At this moment in time I prefer the bracelet, but that may well change in the future..

Thanks.
What is the difference between the movement in this watch ETA 2836 and ETA 2824

Re: Just ordered LE 2009
Essentially, the difference is that the ETA 2836 has the day/date complication whereas the 2824 is date only.widge34 wrote:Thanks.

Re: Just ordered LE 2009
Just had an email from Wera. #70 is not available so serial number list was not up to date when i placed order. Nevermind.
Re: Just ordered LE 2009
They seem to be going really quickly, widge - if you're taking another serial no., I'd move pretty quick. It really is a terrific watch - I'm sure you'll soon get over not having the SN you wanted.
