Not quite the right colour, but this should give you an idea. Personally, I quite like the light blue... :)

Agreed! This is almost there IMHO.

Personally, I would make the CW logo blue and the "Limited Edition..." text red. With the perfect shade of blue markers/hands I think it would be a winner. White Face / Steel Bracelet - NO Open Heart :D

Not sure about the red text, I would leave it all blue, understated rather than in yer face.....
Cheers,
Adam.

The blue and red text sounds interesting any chance of some mockup combinations? :D

I really like the blue on white dial, and the ss bracelet. I am not a fan of the "limited edition" text - just writing it on doesnt make the watch any more or less special - I would like to own one because I think it is worth it, not so I can show people the "limited edition" badge - in fact if it has that writing on I will be pretty dissappointed. Much prefer something that is actually different, like the open heart, rather than a bit of writing saying it is different.

In saying that I do really like the C2 automatic idea, it really is a classic.

Here's a thought...are the dial indicies able to change shape ie triangular/bullet etc etc or do they have to be sticks?

I'm no photoshop expert, and the font is wrong, but here is my attempt at visualising the red text..

I'm sure Tooks will make a better job of it...

I'm also starting to think that the face doesn't need to have limited edition plastered all over it......some sort of engraving/marking on the back would be preferable to me.

You could well be right :D The beauty of this watch is in the simplicity of the dial. Probably no need for extra fripperies...

I always think serial numbers like 011/100 - showing the 'limitedness' are a good idea.

Nice work Tooks.

I too like the white face and like the idea about LE on the back of the case.

Just another idea what about have something like open heart but cut around the CW logo (I mean so we can see inside the watch.

and/or how about having the date in Blue or red possibly with a magnified glass (like the rolex datejusts)

Ok, a couple more mock-ups based on the few posts above.

White face on bracelet with red limited edition lettering...

Image

I've also had a go at doing a more 'sterile' dial with just the Automatic marker and a bigger CW logo, but no other text...

Image

I guess the options are pretty endless, but only once the vote is up and running we will be able to move forward on a final design I think. It will be the dial colour next to vote on I understand, and also the Open Heart vs No Open Heart. Should be a heated one that!! :)

Thanks for the impressions...

C2 / white dial / blue hands .... just perfect!

I prefer the brown strap, but the strap should not be an issue.
