I think my preference at the moment is for the silver or white faced bracelet, with white just edging it (I think it will look nice with the blued hands etc), closely followed by the white on black leather.

I think the open hearts might look better in the flesh than the mock ups, and it would make it different...

I don't know though, it will be interesting to see how the vote pans out!! :D

I really want to like the C2 LE, but for some reason just cant.
If I was to vote I would go for the white face, no open heart. I cant see myself ordering one even though I am still looking for a decent pure white faced watch. Their is just something about it that does not look right. Think it may be the strap, just too big

Top job Tooks. Really liking the white with black strap version so far and agree with Alphajet about the watch coming with a strap and bracelet.

I like open heart watches but it just doesn't seem right at 12 in the mocks up. Can we turn the movement and maybe try the open heart at either 6 or 9?

White face with black strap... :)

Thanks Tooks, I think the black strap looks better than the brown. I would still want a steel braclet though. :D
No more Quartz (except when I cannot resist).

Tooks or Kip, if you guys really want to make an effort with the open-heart version, you are going to have to play around with the open section design like this >

From the pictures you have posted, it looks like the mechanics have the right blend of colours to really hit it off against the white dial, but you really need to show some creativity/or just trial and error different open sections till you see something that really looks the goods. It definately has the potential, even I can see that.

If you want maybe instead, put up both images, one of the mechanics and the other of the dial so that if anyone is as keen as me, we will play around with it over the next couple of days and see if we can make something happen.

I realise this is a totally different kind of watch, but I really like the blue of the hands on this Fortis.

I would be interested to see a mock-up of the C2 with lighter coloured or even two-tone hands..

Any chance Mr Tooks?

Let me just add my tahnks to Tooks - great job done (several times over).

For me the Steel braclet, white face - no open heart looks a real winner ;-)

Are they going to be proper blue hands then, as opposed to blued hands (that you get on the C1)?

Not quite the right colour, but this should give you an idea. Personally, I quite like the light blue... :)

I understand the idea is that they will be 'proper' blued hands, as I struggled to get the colour right at first! :)
