Slow/Delayed Email notifications

Post by richtel »

Hi All. Anyone else finding that Email notifications of PMs or thread responses have started to become significantly delayed? I've had a few PMs over the last few days for which I've received the Email prompt over 15 hours after the PM has been seen- just wondering if it's just me.

Rich.

Yes, I woke up this morning to find a load of email notifications for things I'd already seen yesterday. Something is not quite right there.

Likewise for me this morning, Monday.

Having checked and cleared my emails earlier, this bunch arrived in my inbox around 07:00hrs, dated Saturday.

I had a similar bunch yesterday morning

I thought perhaps there was a rogue batch of notification emails that were going around in a loop and being send multiple times, but having checked my 'trash' mailbox they are not, as they are all different and none are repeated.

Curious.

Issue does not seem to be resolved.

I've received twelve emails overnight from the 5th and 6th which I do not appear to have received before.

Nope not just you.

Apparently the problem is more complex than we thought. Our tech support is aware and investigating.

Is anyone still having the issue of delayed notifications?

If you are, please notify me via pm with examples so we can trace the issue.
