Whilst I applaud the rationale behind the requirement to include:
One required photograph must contain a card /paper that shows the listing date and sellers forum name referenced in the photo - to provide some "proof of ownership" of the watch.

I don't understand how this will provide any proof of ownership, unless the photo also shows the watch in question. Please can you clarify if this is what is required?

That's the whole point - the picture should have the watch that's for sale alongside a handwritten note (it's hard to Photoshop one in realistically, considering shadows etc) to show that you had it on the day the picture was taken.

yep, but the new instruction doesn't actually say so.

My view is that it may show proof of possession, but not proof of ownership...
