Sale Section Visible for Newbs
I've noticed that although I'm currently unable to view the sections or the posts in the Sales Corner, I can click on the main section heading (crappily highlighted in the attached image).
When I do so, I get a list of all of the sale items (thread subjects) along with the thread starter. Theoretically, this would allow people with less than 30 posts to contact sellers directly.
Just thought I'd pass this info on to you guys.

Does that mean that you like rational dictorship? Whatever that is. If you don't like the rules then don't join. If, as has been said, that many of the people are readers and not posters then they would have seen all the threads stating how to see SC without 30 posts and worked out the ways of the forum so as not to upset the inhabitants.Dmitry wrote:Same here. I agree 30 posts is excessive for looking at sale items. I am trying to get my 30 posts in.... I am on the quest for Trident GMT with the Pepsi bezel.

Take your time, ask questions and contribute. You will be there in no time. There are currently no C60 Pepsi bezels in the Sales Corner.skullzero96 wrote:I agree 30 posts is excessive for looking at sale items. I am trying to get my 30 posts in.... Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
Is the sale section on this forum the best source of 2nd hand cw watches?
I've been trauling online for a kingfisher c6, i would buy a new one if the were still in production but can only find 2 on ebay that dont really take my fancy.
Thanks
Paul

Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
Sales corner here isn't as comprehensive as you might think (this isn't a huge forum and we tend to love the watches we buy).
There's no need to rush to get into the sales corner. Take your time, get to know us. Keep looking on eBay and you might see things pop up.

Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
As Pete says.
I am a little supprised it came to this and the rule sprang up but then considering the number of people who have now questioned it its understandable I suppose. Join in with the forum. I have a couple of CW watches having initially joined with none and highly recommend them (And no you will never see them in the sales corner). I am not so sure on the idea of joining a forum just to pick up a watch but please do ask around regarding which is the best one to buy. I will be happy to give you any advice on the 2 I have.
