Hey skullzero96, if you are still after it, there is a C60 Trident GMT 'Pepsi' here: http://www.christopherward.co.uk/specia ... -srbk.html from what I've seen though, it's not likely to stick around too long!

Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
In a similar vein, I noticed that Tapatalk seems to ignore the 30 post entrance to the Sale Section and displays all posts from the off. I PM'd Hans about this too.My Name Is Pete wrote:I've noticed that although I'm currently unable to view the sections or the posts in the Sales Corner, I can click on the main section heading (crappily highlighted in the attached image).
When I do so, I get a list of all of the sale items (thread subjects) along with the thread starter. Theoretically, this would allow people with less than 30 posts to contact sellers directly.
Just thought I'd pass this info on to you guys.
Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
Thank you for that information. I was wondering why I was not allowed to see the sales although being a member of about 5 other watch forums I understand why someone with a low post count cannot sell.
Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
I don't think it's a bad idea, necessarily. Just that it probably won't reduce any scamming or whatsoever, as someone who's committed will just post for a few days to get to 30.
Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
As much as I understand and appreciate the reasons for locking-down access like this, I must say it doesn't half annoy me!

It was meaningful - to you, it means you now have access & can get on & sell a huge bunch of stuff

As a newbie I can confirm that waiting for 30 posts is frustrating. But desire deserves patience no? Incidently It forces people to participate to other topics and get into the forum ... which is a very good thing. My 2cts ...

Good attitude Just a shame that a couple of newbies this week don't share your common sense & seem to think posting pointless one-liners all over the place is worthwhile participation.

Re: Sale Section Visible for Newbs
I see no problems with the minimum post restriction.
If someone is selling on this forum instead of on Ebay, Amazon etc is because he doesnt want to deal with so many strangers or want to make sure the watch is sold to someone that cares for the watch.
Also, if i were selling something, i dont think i would trust a 1 post guys instead of a regular participant of the forum. The 30 posts might get u the trust needed for the deal.
And last, TBH 30 is kinda low compared to another forum that im in. There, u need 100 posts to SEE the sales corner and 150 to start a thread on it.
My thoughts.
Cheers.
