I'd like to thank Debs & her Service Team for the fantastic response to my faulty C6FLE.

My Kingfisher LE developed a sudden 'rattle' and wouldn't wind so I arrange to have it sent back to Deb's at CWL.

Less than a week later it was back with me, and looks a good as ever, except now I have a shiny crown :-( .

I emailed Deb & asked what had been done, and she kindly sent me a copy of the Service Report, which state it had needed a new crown & stem.

The icing on the cake were the three huge letters on the service report (VIP) :D

Ahh, I had a nice warm feeling, then again that might be from the memories of Pamela Anderson in the show of the same name

Seriously though, fantastic service from the team, thanks one & all.
