Hi Guys
The lume on my watch is no where near as bright as the one shown on Hans photos. TBH it is very hard to see in the dark. Any reason for this guys, or do you reckon I should email Chris?
It is nowhere near as bright as my Seamaster.

Leave it on the windowsill for 10 minutes and try again in total darkness. Artificial light doesn't do much.

It is dark here at the moment, but can try tomorrow. I have got it in a room with a bright light and compared it in a dark room with my Seamaster, which was a lot stronger.

Re: The lume on the LE
Just tried putting it under a strong light for a couple of minutes and it is now a lot brighter. It does not seem to charge up so well in a slightly lower light unlike my Omega. Different watches with different lume types I suppose?

Re: The lume on the LE
I am experiencing the same thing. I am very disappointed with the brightness of the lume. I love that it is blue and like the way it looks in normal light, but it doesn't glow very bright or so far, for very long. Other than that though, I think the watch rocks!Gray C wrote:Hi Guys

Re: The lume on the LE
My experience is that the lume is indeed slightly less performing than that on the 'normal' Kingfisher. About my photo: don't forget that this is just a photo, with a shutter-time of 30 seconds! With those settings you can make 100 years old tritium glow brightly!!!

Blue Superluminova is a bit less bright than pale-green Superluminova.
Also, I do get the impression that Superluminova needs some time to really get to work.
