Just the pictures I was hoping for. Seeing it on the wrist really gives you an idea of its presence. Very good looking watch.
What a watch you've made for the money. What a watch you've made, full stop!

You lucky beggars, I have to wait until at least Monday for mine. And if it doesn't arrive by the end of the week - there could be trouble ahead...

fantasic pics of the watch have been looking on the site for days as soon as I saw some of you were awaiting delivery, the watch looks amazing i am so glad i have ordered one, can anyone tell me is the second hand sweeping ?
My friends and I found Chris's site about a year ago and I love the look and obvious quality although I have not purchased one so far so I took the plunge when I saw the LE and cannot wait for it (spring next year), plus everyone seems so friendly on the forum makes a change from other sites, anyway enough of waffling on looking forward to more pics

Mailman tried to deliver mine today but I wasn't here so I missed it. Now I have to wait until Monday! :(

Good for you Joe :) But I can't believe that after all the work I put in to the LE, I am one of the last to receive the LE, slightly disappointing I must say...

Hans, can understand your frustration, hope it arrives very soon! You worked very hard on all our behalves and we should all offer you a sincere vote of thanks.

Re my LE Kingfisher #26, I am equally frustrated in that I have been tracking its progress with DHL. It was picked up by DHL on 13/12/07 at 18.22 and went to their High Wycombe Service centre, then on 14/12/07 it transited to Hatfield terminal. Then on 15/12/07 it arrived at the Basingstoke Service Centre at 03.20 and there it seems to have stuck!! I thought that DHL operated a 24/7 service, maybe I am mistaken - a question of so near yet so far (Basingstoke is only around 10miles away from me)! Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow. :(

I talked with Margaret about a problem with my order, she sorted it and rang me back to say the carrier had collected my watch. It arrived DHL next day. :D

It's the first time I've had anything delivered by DHL so promptly, they're not the most reliable carriers. The best by a long way is the good old Post Office.
