I have massively enjoyed my time here and am looking forward to many more years of watch education. Thanks to everyone involved behind the scenes for everything that you do.

Many many thanks to Hans, without him, I would not have 3 boxes of watches and Some of the the best entertainment for the past 2+ yeats.

I have all the confidence CWF will remain completely independent and the platform to share pur passions in watches. If possible, I do wish the background color can be changed into a different shade of blue, or even better, British racing green.

I was unaware Hans had been banned from TZ-UK...

Thanks to him and the admins though... this is my favourite watchy forum, and hopefully it will remain so :)

As a new subscriber I have seen a very OPEN forum, without moderation. With this kind of attitude - it can't fail.

I run a couple of Forums and all I can say is I like Vbulletin. It allows for picture uploads. Thus meaning all pictures are safe rather than seeing threads with missing pictures.

I've also added a gallery from photo post. Here's the example www.upperrissington.co.uk

Good look KIP, after reading the magazine about your purchases you are the ideal person to take on the responsibility, good luck.

As others have said, this is a really open and friendly forum. The other watch forums I visit are the section in PistonHeads which is also open and friendly, but has more 'noise' http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/foru ... &mid=14784 There's a current thread in there about CW value, and a great set of pictures in the dial macro shots thread.

I do sometimes visit TZ-UK but It's not exactly my cup of tea. (I've been a member there since 2009 and still can't visit the sale section) BTW don't change the 30 post rule - that's fine by me.

I know it means much more server space, but the ability to host pictures would be very good, having to link to a separate host for the picture is a faff and sometimes inhibits the posting of a quick snap. Pistonheads has the facility to upload within a posting via thumbsnap. makes adding a pic to a post easy, but I'd still use Flickr for hosting a big image.
There's always time for one more.
