Very interesting. Disappointing to have to read it on a different forum but interesting nonetheless.

Bluebird

I guess I'm expecting some sort of classic chronograph. Tasteful but sporty :)

Apologies if I read it wrong, do you think the c70 GPs aren't tastefu?

One might think that this information should be posted on this forum, but it makes commercial sense to send it to WUS. WUS is much bigger than CWF so it delivers more exposure to CW's target market. Hopefully though, it'll send more people here to find out about the customer experience.

(Sorry, I cant find an appropriate smilie to go with this comment)

Yes,but there is nothing to stop it being posted on both forums. As mentioned before....

...or at least at the same time.

Still, maybe i'm just being picky...

It will certainly be interesting to see what the designs look like....does one need to keep an WUS for that?

Great to see Chr getting involved with the Bluebird project.

However, call me a bitter and twisted old cynic, but I stuggle to understand the difference between a partnership and a sponsorship in this context....

‘This is a partnership not a sponsorship deal,’ says Co-founder of the British watchmaker, Chris Ward.

Not a comment on GPs. I just think this might be more classic.

Exactly my thoughts when I looked at the article on the web site 30 mins ago. I would be willing to put money (not a massive amount :D ) on the prices of the Bluebird Range being more than those of the cousins of the standard range/s.

I would not be adverse to paying a premium for something truly unique. 8)

I'm not starting rumors here and I'm not saying I did or didn't hear this, but someone might have said the first 10 Bluebird watch buyers get to test drive the car providing they also chip in for gas!

Can't wait to see what this watch will be like! Any clues on time frame for design reveal for something like this?

Probably next year. We are in June now & no new models or teasers for this year have appeared yet.

Hopefully a clue will come on the chat. :)

Any chance of the rather nice metallic blue in the CW site picture of Bluebird being the dial colour of a CW Bluebird watch ??
