Yup, I love this. The bezel probably the same size as all the other 42mm C60s, but the thin SS inner ring makes it look a little thinner. It just does it for me.

I had the previous version, but due to a big incoming it was sold. I do prefer this to the original version the bezel being blue is a winner as to where Christopher Ward is now located on the dial. A yes from me.

It may just be me, but I feel disappointed for the people who bought the Blue LE.
CW have used the 'unique' wave dial from that watch and made a few small changes that don't differentiate it enough for me.

Still, they're in the business of selling watches and the LE was popular, so it's easy to understand the reasoning.

I’m a bit underwhelmed with both tbh. I, too, feel that this is a little too close to the Blue LE and if I had an LE I’d be grinding my teeth about this.

Perhaps my disappointment is because I was hoping for a C65 development or another line altogether……..

^^^^ Sorry Ryan and KCM, I disagree.

Whilst there are similarities there are many notable differences;-

42mm vs 40mm
Different wave pattern
Lumed wave pattern
Different bezel design; slim inner ring
Tide material in case back.
COSC rated movement with date @ 6

There are probably others.

But for the fact I've just sold my Blue Marine Foundation LE, I would happily own both.

I like what they've done with the lume and the bezel. A nice small step forward for the C60. The caseback, while I appreciate the sentiment, is a little disappointing.

Web photos always exaggerate the details, so these minor differences are not going to be as noticeable in person.

Put them side-by-side and I guarantee they will look very similar.
Had it been a 'normal' dial, it wouldn't perhaps matter too much, but a wavy sapphire dial was a USP of the LE and pretty unique in general.
I'm not going to lose sleep over it, but to see something so similar used so quickly after the LE is a bit sh***y (again imo).

^^^ Well Ryan I am really disappointed at the sell out.

Altering the core Trident design language of word mark at 9 and sticking it at the uncool position of 12. What were they thinking of! :)

There are undoubtedly similarities but the subtle differences, IMHO, make the C60 #tide an attractive watch. Appointment made to see it on 8th September.
