Thanks, Steve. I never thought of that.

I was admiring the lume last night but obviously missed the triangle.

Just checked it in a darkened cupboard (how sad is that!) and, as usual my friend, you are right.

One thing I’ve just noticed and had to check others. There is no lume pip at 12 o’clock on Mk 3 bezel unlike the Mk2.
I could be wrong here, but I think you are the first to mention this!

I use it as quick way to identify an MK III in photos.

It has been over 2 years since the release of the MK III and the usual "Micro Detectives" have all missed it.

I think it was a great design choice. It keeps the bezel less cluttered and there is one less part that can potenially be lost. Additionally, for CW the cost to manufacture the bezel should be lower.

26 items just changed to 27, the new item being the least expensive - 38mm trident vintage. Maybe more to follow

I am still assuming a selection will be opened to the world. I would be surprised f the entire sale stock went to sale preview clients. That doesn't normally happen.

I was kind of hoping this sale would have some cool prototypes like the last sale. Maybe it still will if it opens to the public with more stock.

My c60 GMT in black/blue arrived. Looks really awesome in person, still need to size the bracelet so I threw it on this denim strap for now.

Hi picked up a c60 gmt. I ordered a 40mm one but when I tried it on it feels a bit small. Measures it and it comes up to 38 mm. Looks like they have sent wrong size.

Easy way to tell 38mm vs 40mm vs 42mm C60 Mk2 or Mk3 is to look at the marker @ 3 o'clock next to the date window.

No marker - 38mm

Short marker, c. 1.5mm / 2mm - 40mm

Long marker, c. 3mm/4mm - 42 or 43mm

What have you got?

So already you can see CW watches from the sale appearing on ebay. You can see why Rolex blacklists flippers, can't you.

^^^^ I looked at this 48 hours ago and it seemed there were only three or four sellers offering, in total, no more than a dozen watches. With one seller offering a few more but from the 60/60 cards they were purchases from previous sales.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this less than before?

Guy

I thought the same Guy. It looked pretty light on sale items from this sale, but there were quite a few from the July 2020 and January 2021 sales floating around.
