Agreed...the ocean blue Super Compressor is just superb. My current fav of the CW line up. Trigger pulling material, almost.

As far as cw goes I think this one that Matt tebbutt wears most weeks in Saturday kitchen takes some beating

Great photo! Captures the Ombré detailing very nicely!

I, too, am holding off from buying a new Sealander because I'm hoping/praying/manifesting that a blue dial will appear sometime in the (near!) future.

As for the shade of blue, I think you can't do better than my Trident Classic LE from 2016.

My apologies, but I can't post a pic to prove my point because it's currently having a service at CW. God, I miss it!

Never came across that particular photo. I think they were gone before I found the brand.

***IF*** you can find a mk1 Traska Freediver with blue dial, buy it!!!! Theyre less than half your budget 2nd hand and ive never found a blue dial that compares imo. Albeit theres some damn fine examples on here as always!

Also if like me, lume tickles your pickle, it more than satisfies

No fear of it selling out because of me! Love the dial. Don't care for bronze.

I think the Orient Mako has one of the best blue dials you will find (for the record I also own a blue C60 Bronze and a blue Seamaster Professional). Dark, deep, and a beautiful sunburst pattern. I hope that if a blue C63 is forthcoming it will rival the Mako.
