Good work by CW Customer Service

Post by MiniMpi »

I received my C1 GM 5 Day COSC back from CW today after just 4 weeks which I feel is excellent service.

Well done to them.

The watch is working perfectly, delighted to have it back.

Apologies if I missed it, but what was the reason for the service?

Not a service but a warranty repair, rotor spinning when handwound.

Great to hear that turn-around time - and interesting to see the new QC sticker!
I was pretty happy with the service I had last year too - in the midst of all the delays customer service did a great job at coming through. Unfortunately I later noticed my dial had gotten damaged during the service (noticed it a couple of months after getting the watch back as it wasn't a big bit of damage but now I've seen it I can't avoid it). So the individual QC sticker is a great new addition that'll hopefully mean such things happen a lot less!
