Four settings.....
1920 TPD clockwise 6 min, 30 min pause repeat
1920 TPD c/clockwise same
3600 TPD 3 hours, 10 mins clockwise, 10 mins c/clockwise, 9 hours pause, repeat
4800 TPD 20 mins c/clockwise, 10 mins pause, 20 mins clockwise, 10 mins pause, repeat
Bamboo and brushed steel goes well and it's almost silent.
Can someone give me a mini primer on what all this means. A quick google search didn’t help. And why so many different types of settings?

TPD = turns per day.

Not all watches have the same requirements. Some need more turns to keep them wound, some only wind in one direction and on others the winding is bi-directional.

Ahh, thank you. The options make sense now.

Am I the only one thinking that the TPD settings are quite high on the Klarstein and Smith units mentioned here? :?

You're not Kip.

I was thinking, without reference to the CWArchive info, that a typical amount is c. 650 TPD.

I have a WTB request posted for a Burnt Orange C60 Kingfisher. The C65 is only keeping the space warm until some kind soul grants my wish.
