No exchanges.

Post by Geefiasco »

I sent my watch in last week to be returned for a smaller case size and had an email saying they’re not accepting exchanges and would have to repurchase.

I’m gutted because I got £100 off and now I’m having for fork out more for the same watch.

Anyone know why they aren’t offering exchanges?

An internal accounting matter, I believe.

However, you can still get your £100 off with the code 100LOUPE20. You've not lost out.

Have you worn your larger watch, and then want to swap it? Or do you mean you haven't worn it - in which case you could return it under 60/60 and then buy whatever takes your fancy.

Never worn it mate. Just tried on an sat in the box whilst I was deciding.

I just bought the 40mm Trident which I wanted as a replacement and spontaneously bought Deep Blue SuperCompressor  I couldn’t resist.

Ooh, that deep blue SC! You’ll need to post pics of this dynamic pair when they show up.

That's been their policy since last year. They will only do a refund, no exchange. You'll have to do a new purchase.
