Returns advice

Post by Geefiasco »

Hi, I’m about to return my 42mm C60 Trident Pro 600 for a 40mm version.

I just wanted advice on what would be more efficient before I fill out the returns form.

My initial order was:
- 42mm Trident (bracelet resize)
- 22mm Hybrid strap
- 22mm Rubber strap

What want in exchange:
- 40mm Trident (bracelet resize)
- 20mm Hybrid strap
- 20mm Rubber strap

Is this possible to do this all in one return form? As I presumed I’d have to fill out a separate form for each item.

What would you guys advise me to do? As I wanted the bracelet resized on the 40mm version too.

Many thanks.

I'm not an expert but I think you can and my suggestion is that you try it and if it's a problem CW customer service will be in touch. The online form for returns requires your order number and the stock code (SKS?) for each item being returned. I think there's probably space to type in three SKS codes. There's also a free text box and you could overflow into that if needs be?

Hope this helps.
