Yes, ISO. My first Bremont came with a COSC certificate, my most recent came with an ISO one.

I struggle to see how a number of British watchmakers can share components. Are they all going to make identical watches of identical size with the same crystal and case backs? I can't think many components would be common between manufacturers.
