Re: Bremont at Baselworld

Nothi pong jumps out for me. I always want to like Bremont, but very few of them really excite me

Re: New limited edition speedmaster with cal 1861

5,400CHF

Lovely watch, will be good to see the shade of blue in real life pictures. Probably would have preferred black and the lollipop hand disappears a bit against the white dial which is a shame.

I prefer the FOIS style to the 3570 so I was always going to like this

Very nice. Worried it might overlap with the ranger without the bezel but it definitely stands out on its own

Agreed that the Air King is a mess. Happy they've had a go at making the Explorer hands the right size

Assuming that's the full email trail, he sounds like a bit of a bell.

Did you get the watch back?

Re: Six Nations 2016

I actually err towards welshlad's view... and I'm English. Foul play that's been caught and punished but made to look much worse by the repeated super-slow motion replays we get these days. At full speed it was a stupid hand in the face incident that caught Cole more on the nose than anywhere near ...

Can't believe no-one's said "I don't believe it". I'd never stoop to such low levels of humour though.

Great story.

Not even close - Brown clearly within his right to clear the ball, hence no ban.

Re: Six Nations 2016

Cannot believe we let Wales back into it. Completely comfortable for 65 minutes and then invited pressure on. Wales were very poor but England discipline nearly cost us, however Francis will clearly be cited for a terrible gouging incident, very lenient TMO.

Roll on the French.

Are you saying the only reason to own a watch with a different movement is if you can actually see it?

Re: Disappointing profiteering on eBay

^^^i don't think you need to use the forum to figure out the c60 is the most popular model, the team at CW are very open about it.

However I know that some of the resellers have definitely signed up for the forum, I just don't think that makes any difference to their 'business' model.

Re: Best Premier League Season Ever?

Pushing aside my allegiances (for the love of God, Roberto Martinez is a terrible excuse for a manager), I'd say best for unpredictability but quite a poor season for quality. When a poor Man Utd side are up there and a Chelsea team with a terrible start to the season are now riding up the table I'd...
