Re: Bracelet conundrum; Tudor Black Bay Heritage P-01

That’s unfortunate Guy. Of the ones you’ve linked to on the watchgecko site, I would say the Hylton or the Berwick would suit best. I’m not sure about the clasp on the Hylton though. If you do a google image search for Tudor P01 bracelet you can see what others have fitted to theirs if you need some...

Re: Bracelet conundrum; Tudor Black Bay Heritage P-01

Do Tudor offer a bracelet for this watch or was it available only on a strap?

If they did then I would be looking for one that matched closest to the original.

Re: Non CW of the Day

I’ve brought this away as my only watch for a weeks holiday. However while away I made the mistake of going into a shop and trying on the latest IWC Ingenieur. The black faced version and I found it was almost perfect. I’m now seriously considering selling this, my Seamaster Professional, my Bremont...

@nbg We are now in a place called Hulme end, about 1.5 miles from Hartington where we should have been staying.

Re: Pics from the walkers

Yesterday wasn’t the best start to our holiday. We’d loaded up the car and were due to set off in 10 minutes when the agent called to say our cottage we had booked months ago was cancelled. Thankfully we were able to book another place only a couple of miles away and as compensation we have a much n...

Re: Bezel uses

Today I’ve been out for a long walk in Derbyshire. I’ve not walked the route before but I had a map and set of written directions to follow. At one point I passed through a gate onto a footpath alongside a river and knew I needed to turn off down another path in 1.2 miles. I know my walking pace and...

Re: The Rolex Explorer

Interesting post … The Explorer is my favorite watch and one I enjoy wearing because it is so under the radar. I live in a place where theft is a serious problem and also a place where most of the population have only seen a Rolex on a magazine - The Explorer allows me to wear a Rolex without much ...

Re: The Curmudgeons Corner

Up early, car fully loaded ready to go off on holiday for a week.

10 mins before we’re due to set off the booking company call “Sorry but the cottage you booked has got issues which mean we need to cancel your booming for this week”

Bugger.

Re: New CW Sealander Chronograph

It might be the angle of the photograph but those subdials look in a similar position to the older quartz motorsport chronographs. This might explain why it’s only 11.5mm thin.

Re: Falling out of love

It’s certainly very hit and miss with which member of the CW team you contact. During the latter stages of the FLE I emailed Peter France so as not to bother the FLE team on here. I never had a response from him to any email I sent to him directly.

Is the flyback wording on the dial then not a reference to the movement?

I assumed it was a flyback chronograph, is that not the case?
