Re: Tudor, and myself, Anoyance factor 10 ! And an apology.
Hello there I've had my Pelagos 39 for sale here and elsewhere for quite a while. And I even sold it previously, then it came back to me, none of the previous owners or myself, spotted the tiny spec of dust, under the Crystal, it is very tiny ! This is the second time I've had a Tudor with this iss...

Re: New CW Sealander Chronograph
Not sure what movement that will have. The position of the sub dials look to rule out an SW510M. I will probably wait for the C12 annual calendar, moonphase, GMT, chronograph, chronometer. Neil Actually, I think that may well be correct. You normally see mechanical.chronographs with subdials at 3 a...

Re: New CW Sealander Chronograph
11.55mm is seriously svelte, so I wonder what the movement is. Hand wound, do you think? I prefer 40mm plus, but 39mm would surely be OK, with no bezel or tachymeter. I have a C7 rapide chronograph which I find awkward to read, but maybe this will be better. I hope so. It says chronometer as well, wh...

Re: MoonSwatch Mission to Moonphase Snoopy
I lost interest when it became clear rural folk have no chance of buying these watches. There's no point of an expensive trip to London on a probable wold goose chase.

Re: Birthday watches
The difficulty with a 40 year old watch is that you might find very awkward service issues at some point. We see these issues with CW who are only 20 years old. Spares for some models are just not obtainable. Movements of CW watches might be replaceable, but case parts and crystals can be more diffi...

Re: Power Reserve, "Stated v Real life"
You should get more than the stated reserve
Ie a PR of 38 hours should be at least 38 hours, otherwise the watch would not be performing as advertised.

Is this for real? thought TGV had it all under control.
Apart from the TRex videos, and then, lo and behold, the TRex popped up about 2 minutes in.

I dropped a blob of mayo on a Tribus light tan strap, and that went several shades darker. It quite surprised me at the time, but in retrospect.....

Re: What's your accuracy?
I'm away on holiday this week with 2 C65 handwinds. I'm keeping both wound.
The blue one is 14 seconds slow after 4 days (might be 5 actually), and the yellow LE just 2 seconds slow.

Good luck Carter. I am sure you will get the takers for that lovely shade of blue.
Personally, I would just like to see some hour indicators, which i feel would complement the very clean design.
