Re: C60 Gunmetal Prototype

I still come back to a point I've made a few times about how CW decides which models make it to production. This plus the power glow are two fabulous looking and very well received watches that haven't, so far, made it to production

Re: C60 Gunmetal Prototype

Congrats. Despite me not being in the market for a C60, this one did stand out and got my attention

Re: Faith restored in CW

Its more the genuine nature of both of them, and willingness to sort something. That is indeed what excellent customer service is about  CW seemed to lose that flexibility and personal touch a few years back. Good to see that they’re rediscovering something that they were well known for in...

Re: Bronze Twins - Should I Keep Both ?

If it were me I’d keep only the one (SH21). Each watch in my collection has something that I see as unique. There’s significant overlap between these two and I would only want to keep one.

Re: The Olympics

I’ve enjoyed the bits i’ve been able to see, in particular the off road cycling and the diving, although the diving this morning seemed to be error strewn. It did bring home to me how those tiny margins make a massive difference at elite level. Missing the rowing bronze by 1/1000th of a second must ...

Re: Exclusive CW Forum Prototype Sale

I'm also happy, I went into this with one intention... I wanted a white faced 40mm (ish), SH21, dress watch... auto or hand wind didn't matter, to replace my very first CW, the original 5 Day automatic which I gave to my dad :D Spotted this early and managed to get it... order confirmation has just...

Re: Exclusive CW Forum Prototype Sale

Power glow! What a beautiful watch. On the rear lume, agree, not sure how it would get any light. Brellum do a similar thing

Re: Exclusive CW Forum Prototype Sale

^^ Now something completely different would be interesting, especially in a case that didn't make it to production

Re: Exclusive CW Forum Prototype Sale

So, what are people’s hopes for the sale? Just scan-reviewing the prototypes in Jan, there seemed to be a number of C60 colour variations (42mm), a couple of Sapphire colour variations and a C65 or two. Personally, I’d like to see some C65 prototypes and I hold out hope of a slightly more legible A...

Re: Exclusive CW Forum Prototype Sale

CW produce some excellent pieces that mysteriously never make it to production, including the much admired 'Hulk'. Guy Sent from my Xperia 5 using Tapatalk Agreed. Everyone should peruse the “prototypes” thread in the reference gallery. That black/yellow titanium C60 is a stunner, but I think one o...
