Re: The Perfect Size!?

So what's your perfect size then? [/quote] Sorry if I answered your specific question with a general reply ! I've got a 7" / 18cm wrist... For 20 years I wore a Rolex air king 34mm that I was gifted,...but I always felt it was a little small but I liked it anyway. For my 40th my wife bought me a Bre...

Re: The Perfect Size!?

The majority of watches seem to fall within the 34-44mm range. So i guess that 39mm is going to statistically be the most accessible size.... I bet there's a wall chart showing that in CW towers !!

Re: A hybrid strap question.

I always buy my watches on straps as personally I'm not a fan of bracelets. I've tried lots of various leather fabric etc straps over the years. IMO the latest cordura/rubber hybrid from CW is one of the best non leather straps I've come across. It is super comfy and has a quality feel to it. I love...

Re: C63 Sealander GMT. Colour Visuals

Great to see this... although I think these shades are maybe more Doxa than CW. Somehow I think any offerings will be a bit more subdued! Thanks Jazmz for giving us an idea of the possibilities.

Re: Sealander Amphibian Visualisation

After my other thread someone asked for this. Made using stolen bits from other watches, chapter ring not perfect but easier to use than making one from scratch. I added a date window as I feel it will or should have one. Possibly its a bit big, but i ran out of time. And please remember before you...

Re: C63 Sealander Collection

I think it's already been suggested, but just wanted to lend my support to the idea of putting a subtle sunray dial into the C63 Auto like they have in the Super Compressor. I think it would be superb. A small range of colours perhaps..? Second that! And maybe a green too? I wasnt sure if the red 5...

Re: C63 Sealander Collection

Really love this new collection and great value as always. interesting comments regarding the size, I must admit to being puzzled why CW didn't use the C60 case and offer similar sizing options ? Being a huge fan of steel sports I think the entry level auto is superb. But I already own a black and a...

Re: SH21 v SW330

Hi Dan, allow me to add my two-penneth! I was lucky enough to own an Air-King for 20 years as my daily wear...it was the only watch I had at the time and I wore it everywhere, work gym swimming. I had it serviced a couple of times but it ran perfectly. I can honestly say I never gave any thought to ...

Re: Sealander Amphibian Visualisation

I'm sure we'd all love to see those pics! How close were your creations to the forthcoming design...? I loved your first design...I hope CW keep it simple and maybe it could sell below the price of a stainless C60. Fingers crossed ...

Re: Tudor BB32,36,41

Here's my BB41 on a B&J Arrods single pass canvas. I've got a 7" wrist and it wears nicely but I do prefer larger watches. Its a beautifully finished watch, the screw down crown and winding action are particularly solid and smooth. Keeps time well within the basic COSC specs despite not being actual...

Re: Brands to consider on a £1500 budget

I'm currently looking at the Tutima Saxon One M range of watches. 40mm case and a decorated Sellita movement. They start just under £1400 but discounts via voucher codes from Jura of 10% or more are about. As an aside, I was able to negotiate over £400 off a new Tudor Black Bay 41 last year from an ...
