Re: Interesting Interview with Chris Vail from NTH
It's fair enough, but you are going to run out of hand shapes at some point, if you're not careful. What if you change the shape of the snowflake square and make it more rhomboid? Is that banned? At what point is it not banned? Longines use a more rhomboid equivalent already on their HydroConquest.

Re: The JOMW Watch. Erebus Origin.
I agree with several comments here. My bigger concern is how does he continue to review watches and manage his own brand. I like Jody and have watched his channel for years. I think there are a lot of things that made him successful. To me, I do not see how you do both. How do you critique watches ...

Re: Is the Sellita SW200 a good movement?
This from a watchmaker acquaintance: “ Well… it’s a topic I could talk for days about. Lol Putting it plainly, Sellita just aren’t anywhere near the quality of the ETA calibres they are replicating. But that’s the point, they are replica movements of the perfect Swiss movements. They now make replic...

Re: Movements
Eh? If I was considering two similarly priced watches, one with Sellita in the back, the other with ETA, I would go ETA all day long and twice on Sundays, as the Sellita movements wear so quickly. None of that applies with a Seiko movement. The only reason not to consider a Seiko-powered watch is ra...

Re: Tissot PRX Quartz
OP here. The PRX hasn’t had as much use as I had thought it would get, mainly because I prefer my Glycine Combat Sub on a strap or my Steeldive 1953 on a bracelet. That’s no reflection on the quality of the watch, it’s just that I don’t think I’m a dress watch kind of guy. I much prefer a diver. Wil...

Re: Non CW of the Day
Nothing special but I really like it. Only £60, lightly-used, keeps good time and is really well finished.
In-house movement too, unlike Panerai!
Orient Bambino.

Re: OMEGA X SWATCH HYBRID - THIS WEEK
I will be going down early Saturday morning to the Swatch store in Frankfurt.
If I get lucky and bag a couple I will report back!
The plan is to keep one and flip the other at profit, hopefully ending up with mine for free!!

40mm. It seems well-proportioned (subjective I know) and wears really nicely.

Tissot will (apparently) be launching their own range of strap options at some point in the near future, along with a 35mm option.
