We do and I'm sure your singing voice is fine Patrick, when you're at Murrayfield, with advance lubrication of a few pints of ale.

Guy
True, it definitely sounds better after a few beers and being drowned out by thousands of other people

Re: Coronavirus

Thanks for posting these Guy, I did enjoy listening to them. I found Runaway to be quite uplifting.

It looks like you all get a lot of fun from the quoir, I would love to be able to sing well but alas my singing voice is awful :(

I think your type XX is the one to have Guy, personally I wouldn’t dispose of it to replace with either of these new models.

Re: C 65 Dartmouth is poorly

That’s a pity Steve. I’m wearing mine at the moment and it’s also a favourite for me.

I’m sure CW will have it sorted and back to you before long. At least we watch obsessed folk have a choice of multiple other watches to wear, I guess if it was your only watch it would be more inconvenient.

Re: If CW was a car brand, which would it be?

Hopefully not Rover, not MG (unless CW start using Chinese movements) or TVR (I don't think CW's reliability is quite that bad!). For VFM and quality, Skoda (or perhaps VW?) does give a bit of a parallel in terms of quality, VFM, a broad range. Perhaps Guy can comment as I recall he sold cars for a ...

Re: Found my grail but what do you make of this?

Both great watches Chris. I have tried on the GSSD a couple of times and it is a superb watch....but I just think that Cartier has the X factor. I've found in the past that square cased watches can be too small or too large (e.g. Tag Monaco) but the 35mm Santos sounds like it might be the perfect si...

Congratulations Alex on both the watch and the arrival of both your kids last year.

The watch is lovely, a great size and colourway. The yellow really makes the dial pop 8)

^^^it's really the secret to buying and selling watches period....try and buy at good prices if you can. Any financial hit if you do sell is then going to be minimal/minimised. It's worked not too badly for me to date.

Bjorn, as you alluded to, those Panerai Luminors are way too bold, brash, large.....I too thought as much until I tried one on, and was sold :) Your 112 looks superb, congratulations  My Luminor 510 says hello  https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200523/3c516d97b421f0b699f73dc12815dd6d.jpg
