I have gone back and forth myself with which size. I purchased a 42 mk1 and am happy i did on a 6.75 inch wrist. The current version i believe is similar lug to lug, in fact i think the L2L given is the top of the lug which in actuality the bottoms of the lugs are shorter. Maybe someone can confirm ...
