Re: Why Keep This Forum Going?

I was an early joiner of this forum right after I purchased my first CWL watch, a brown dialed Rapide. I had been involved with several other watch fora and all seemed quite busy. Now, most of them are gone, have been sold, or are sites where only crickets are chirping. As to OP’s original query, I ...

Re: Introducing the C65 Military Range - Dartmouth / Sandhurst / Cranwell

I like them all and after sitting out several years of the NEW logo placement, it appears the logo return at 12 o'clock is exactly what has been missing.

Re: Nearly New / Autumn Sale

It is only fair for me to offer kudos to CWL regarding the autumn sale. I ordered two watches 5 days ago and first one was delivered to the US in 5 days time and it is perfect. The second watch has been delayed since there is a backlog regarding being fitted with the advertised strap. I have receive...

A suggestion to improve shipping and delivery times...

Some of the frequent complaints as it relates to how slowly CWL sends out watches especially during sales events has given me an opportunity bring up a topic seen here previously. It relates to packaging. I have bought and sold watches and shipped them to North America and Europe and purchased from ...

Re: Man buys watch in sale...

After waiting three weeks, one of two watches that I ordered arrived. I have been critical here about the way CWL deals with the timely processing of orders during a sale so in fairness, one of the two watches arrived this morning in fine condition. In keeping with the theme of the watch pix on this...

Re: Recent sale satisfaction feedback poll - please vote

I have been a member of this forum for over 7 years and a CWL customer longer than that. Early on, I was a vocal supporter of the brand and my support was shared with other collectors as I was a mod and later an administrator on another watch forum. I used to be a regular contributor here and along ...

Re: Disappointed with my sale experience

Here is what I have difficulty understanding--CWL was an early internet only vendor and they have been at this for some time, yet seemingly the most basic transactions--selling and delivering correct and proper products often seem to escape them. I have been awaiting two watches for almost two weeks...

Re: A question of balance

as someone who's been through a couple of rebrands from the inside (most recently two years ago), i can tell you there's little chance anyone from CWL or hello will show us that kind of work process. only a small group of people at my company (10,000 people) saw more than a glimpse of the process. ...

Re: A question of balance

For any logo re-design, there are usually numerous options presented for consideration. I would love to see the other designs in the proposal. This new one just doesn't cut it in my opinion.

Re: USA Showroom Now Closed

My only regret is that I did not have a chance to drive up to visit you. Since we have met several times and communicated via email several more, the face that I associate with CWL is yours. You are a better brand ambassador than Rory, Tiger, Phil and Jordan put together. Unfortunately, you are not ...

Re: 10 Years of the Christopher Ward Forum

For me, I am coming up on 6 years of forum membership. I joined right after I received my first CWL time piece. And I echo the sentiments and congratulations echoed previously on this thread. Great job by the staff and forum-ers alike.
