CW Leather strap suitable for dive watch

Post by Mojo254 »

I'm looking at buying a C61 with a CW leather strap but I'm concerned about getting it wet. Will it survive repeated wetting?

I would say no, as they are just ordinary leather straps. You could try a strap from the Hirsch performance range that will be fine for wearing in the water (they also do a few others that are suitable).

Watch Obsession do a large range of Hirsch straps.

Alternatively the Hirsch 'Grande Duke', from Watch Obsession, is a waterproof leather strap.

They, Watch Obsession, also have the Di Modell chronissimo that is also waterproof, as here;- http://www.watchobsession.co.uk/collect ... trap-black

Hope this helps.
