Try and wear your watch everyday, if possible, as this will both enable it to keep better time as well as preventing the lubricants in the movement from solidifying.
After a bit of searching and a couple of useful posts in the forum I have the information. Mainly from http://www.orbita.net/pages/17100.htm.
I have made a list of all the current CWL models and how many TPD they need and direction.
Model Name Turns Per Day Movement
C5 Malvern 650 - 800 Both ETA 2824-2 / Sellita SW200-1 (25/26 Jewel customised)
C5 Malvern Aviator 650 - 800 Both ETA 2824-2 / Sellita SW200-1 (25/26 Jewel customised)
C8 Pilot 650 Both ETA 2824-2 (25 Jewel)
C15 Henley 650 - 800 Both ETA 2824-2 / Sellita SW200-1 (25/26 Jewel customised)

C80 Sector 650 Both ETA 2824-2 (25 Jewel)
C600 Tri-Tech Diver Elite 650 - 800 Both Sellita SW200-1 (26 Jewel)
CW = Clockwise
CWW = Counter Clockwise
Both = either direction
I have seen contradictory numbers on other web sites (usually higher) but this is a good start. Hope someone finds it useful.
